The good folks of Colorado have done it. They kicked butt! Great Tea Party!

Here’s Channel 9’s video of the event, as well as the Senate Majority Leader of CO trying to justify his existence and giving a line of garbage for why he can continue to spend. He thinks we have confused him with the US Congress…

Be polite but make sure he understands you are tired of him creating a balanced budget by trying to raid the Worker’s Comp insurance fund (Channel 9) at Pinnacol, or the other various funds - without considering cutting off educational benefits for illegals. Don’t bother with Channel 7, they haven’t even figured it out yet.

Oh yeah, Channel 7 didn’t even start to report on the Tea Party until I sent them an email. One of the repsonses I got back from them was:

Thank you for writing to us. We agree this is big news and have plans to
cover it; however, any reasonable person would know it’s difficult to
cover an event before it happens.

He acted like this was all new and he would not respond until he got a call across the scanner. Maybe that’s why CBS and Channel 7 are not in the top end of the media of CO.
